Shipping policy

At The Tribe of Lion, we appreciate how important it is to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible, and as such, we will process it with the greatest level of care and expediency.

All orders placed on this website will be dispatched from our fulfilment warehouse based in China. We ship internationally.

 

Order Placement

Orders placed on this website will be shipped from China and invoiced in US Dollars (USD). 

It takes seven to ten business days for us to process your order. Shipping averages 14-21 days. During particularly busy periods (such as the launch of a new collection) we may take a little longer, but you can still expect your order to be dispatched within ten to fourteen business days. 

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will always try to inform you of any unexpected delays.

International Customers

International orders placed outside of the United States may be subject to customs or import fees. Any customs or import fees are to be paid by the recipient once the parcel reaches its destination. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country and unfortunately, we do not have control over them. You can contact your local customs office for more information.

Customs regulations in certain countries require ID to be provided for customs clearance on orders. All information provided by you will be stored safely and securely. Errors or missing information may cause delays beyond our original delivery date and the carrier may contact you to correct it. We collect this information for some countries. However, it may happen that these countries' customs offices need additional information and you might be required to provide that data directly to the delivery carrier.

Undeliverable Packages

If you refuse a shipment from The Tribe of Lion, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees that are included on the package, and the cost of returning the package to The Tribe of Lion. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

United States

  • FREE shipping for orders over $175 (14-21 business days)
  • $9.95 shipping for orders under $175 (14-21 business days)

International Shipping

  • $9.95 shipping for orders under $250 (14-21 business days)

Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.
